How do I purchase Cram Passes for my class?

This process is for teachers, school admin, or others who want to buy cram passes in bulk for their students. If you need any help, please email hi@fiveable.me.

What is Cram Season?

At Fiveable, Cram Season is from April 1 to when AP exams end in mid-May. This is the crunch time when student stress is at it’s peak. 😳

We know that the bulk of learning happens way before then, as teachers cover the material throughout the year. During Cram Season, we’re just reminding students of how much they know and there will be a few aha moments as it all comes together.

But our main goal in this time is to increase student confidence before the exam. We want students to know they got this. We truly believe that this mindset during the exam can increase scores because it keeps them as clear headed as possible.

A great Cram Season gets stress levels down πŸ“‰ and confidence up πŸ“ˆ

How can I buy Cram Finale tickets for my students?

Thank you for supporting your students! πŸ™πŸ½

In the past, we’ve noticed that when teachers or schools buy Cram Passes in bulk, they often buy more than what is actually redeemed and used by students. At the end of the day, not all students want to study this way and even though you may buy a resource for them, they may not take advantage of it.

Since your resources are limited, we want to make sure that you only pay for what gets used. So for this year, we are introducing a new process β€” Reserve Now, Pay Later.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Fill out this form to let us know how many Cram Passes you want to reserve. This number will be the maximum amount you can be charged for later.
  2. We’ll create and send you a code that is unique to you and has a usage limit based on the number of passes you reserved.
  3. You’ll share this code with your students and get them HYPED and excited to sign up. πŸ₯³
  4. Students can get their ticket through the normal checkout flow at https://5able.me/crams. When it asks them for payment, they will enter the unique code you received to take 100% off. Easy peasy.
  5. After the AP exams, we’ll send you an invoice through Stripe Connect for the actual amount of redeemed tickets. If you reserve extra that go unused, you won’t be charged for them.
  6. You can pay the invoice with a credit card all online.
