I'm having trouble accessing my Cram Finale
Did you sign up for a Cram Finale but don't know what to do next? We are here to help! Follow these instructions, and we'll get you to your Cram Finale in no time.
- Double check to see if you got a confirmation email from Fiveable.
After signing up for a Cram Pass, you should receive a confirmation email from us letting you know that you're all signed up. It also has information on how to access your Cram Finales once they begin. If you do see the confirmation email, try logging in to Crowdcast to make sure everything works. (Note: Crowdcast is the live stream platform we are using for Cram Finales) You can do this by clicking the link in the confirmation email or logging into Crowdcast directly.
- If you didn't get a confirmation email from Fiveable, check other email addresses you have.
It is possible that you signed up with a different email that you are currently using. It's ok, it happens all the time! Check any other email address you have to see if a confirmation email is there. If you find it, follow the step above to access your Cram Finale. Also: if a parent purchased the Cram Pass for you, ask them to check their email for the confirmation. It's possible they accidentally put it under their name. If this is true, reach out to us and we can transfer the Pass to you.
- If you checked, and you definitely did NOT get a confirmation email, reach out to us.
At this point, email us at email@example.com. We will ask you for your full name and the email address you used to sign up. We will check our system to see if a payment went through, and if Crowdcast registration went through. At this point, we will help you directly to register for your Cram Finale.
