I'm having trouble accessing my Fiveable+ subscription
Did you just purchase a Fiveable+ subscription, and now you don't know what to do next? We got you! This article will help you to understand how to access your Fiveable+ features.
NOTE: The AI Bot and unlimited practice questions will be available in late summer/early fall. You will receive an email all about these features as soon as they are ready!
- Check to see if you received a confirmation email from Fiveable.
After you sign up for the Fiveable+ subscription, you should receive a confirmation email from Fiveable. In the confirmation email, it shows you the code to use and directions for how to sign up for Cram Finales. This email will give you everything you need to know right now about your Fiveable+ subscription!
- If you don't see the confirmation email, check other email addresses you have.
It is possible that you signed up with a different email that you are currently using. It's ok, it happens all the time! Check any other email address you have to see if a confirmation email is there. If you find it, follow the steps in the email to sign up for Cram Finales. Also: if a parent purchased the subscription for you, ask them to check their email for the confirmation. It's possible they accidentally put it under their name. If this is true, reach out to us and we can transfer the subscription to you.
- If you checked, and you definitely did NOT get a confirmation email, reach out to us.
At this point, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will ask you for your full name and the email address you used to sign up. We will check our system to see if a payment and registration went through. At this point, we will help you directly to register for your Fiveable+ subscription.
