How do I get a refund?

Fiveable offers a money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied with your product within 14 days. Check out your account page to access your purchases.

To request a refund:

  1. Reach out to our support team at hi@fiveable.me through the email address you used to purchase a course, cram pass, or live stream.
  2. Please include any helpful information including order numbers, the email used to purchase the account, and any receipts you've received.

Once you've requested your refund, you should see it reflected in your account within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank).
