I Can't Log In

If you are having trouble logging in, there are a number of different issues you might be encountering. Please advise the following, or reach out to us at help@fiveable.me via email, or the chat bubble in the bottom right of your screen.


Forgot Email

If you don't remember what email address you used to purchase, try and find the receipt that you used to purchase Cram Mode. More than likely, that is the email address that you used to create your account as well.

  • If you are using a free account and don't know what email you used, you may have to try and search your accounts for an email from Fiveable.
  • Make sure to check your spam folders !

Forgot Password

If you forgot your password, you can use the Forgot Password link to get an email sent to your email address on file.

  • If you receive an error message saying

    "This account is linked to Google. Please use Google to login."

    then that means you used Google Sign On to create your account. This means you need to log in using the "Continue with Google" option on the log in page

    • If you don't know your Google account password, you will have to reset it through Google, not through Fiveable.

  • If you receive the error message saying

    "Account not found -- account emails are case sensitive (help@fiveable.me is different from Help@fiveable.me)"

    then you either don't have an account under that email address, or there is a typo in your email address.
